RDL is a hard stuff to do. Not all people can do it as it requires enough knowledge and experience to do it. By the way, I am planning to start in working out. I know that I need to start at the bottom before doing the hardcore ones. I cannot succeed in this thing if I will not trust the process and just go directly to the hard ones. That's not going to work as you want it to be!
