Run early mornings on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6.30-7am. These high intensity interval classes cut down on the time you need to workout. Very high paced and not a lot of rest time. These will leave you feeling great and ready to start the day!
The full class membership allows full access to all of our Bootcamp and HIIT classes.
Personal training packages
Our 1-2-1 personal training packages are either done in 8 or 12 week programmes. These programmes will be designed to you and your goals and will have our team with you every step of the way and you will be given all the advice and guidance that you need to reach your goals. We have a team of coaches who we will pick to who we think you would suit best. We offer a payment plan for these packages.
Group training packages
Our small group training packages are similar to our 1-2-1 just in a small group of up to 5. This brings down the cost of your package. We try and keep the groups to male and female groups separate as we have found this works very well with everyone in each group gaining very good results. All of the services included in the small group are exactly the same as 1-2-1 training. Payment plan also available.
Online training offers all of the benefits of having a 1-2-1 trainer at the fraction of the price. Our coaches will provide you with a training programme and nutritional plans to suit you and your needs. You will get daily support whenever needed from our team whilst working with us. You will also have access to our mobile app where all of your programmes will be stored and tracked.
