Taking 1-2-1 Personal training clients and keeping the high standard of work that we have in place. We will also require group training classes covered from time to time.

Tomato sauce 2Tbsp
Low fat mozzarella 30g
1. Slice the muffin in half and spread tomato sauce on to muffin.
2. Top with the drained tin of tuna and place cheese on top.
3. Place under the grill and leave until cheese is melted how you like it.

This is probably one of the most common things I get asked. The answer is it's suitable for most people from all walks of life regardless of your participation in exercise. Whether you work in an office within a desk based job or are a professional athlete, you would still receive the many benefits which sports massage can provide.

An actual sports massage is a series of massage techniques and methods applied to reach deep tissue which other massage forms wouldn't be able to achieve. Treatment can be used for a variety of reasons including prior to an event in preparation for performance or following the event to assist in muscle recovery, also having massages on a regular basis will assist in maintaining, preventing and rehabilitating injuries and reducing pain.

We will have the whole gym to ourselves and we will be covering the basic compound lifts to help those of you who are unsure on techniques etc to help learn these important moves.

• 6 piece chicken breast
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 cup coriander
• 1½ cup salsa
• ¼ cup, chopped peppers, hot chili, red
1. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker, and mix by folding them over a few times.
2. Set the cooker for 4 hours or more.
3. When it's finished, stir the contents. The chicken should fall apart without much effort on your part. This is a sign it is done.
