Wednesday - 6.30-7am HIIT
Thursday - 5-5.30pm HIIT
Friday - 6.30-7am HIIT ( This will be trialled starting on January 12th as we do not want classes to become overcrowded )
This coming Sunday we are also running our first weights workshop!
We will have the whole gym to ourselves and we will be covering the basic compound lifts to help those of you who are unsure on techniques etc to help learn these important moves.
This is FREE to all of those on the 8 week programmes, and only £5 for those who arent.
