From a young age Jordan has always been physically active, participating in many different sports at school including athletics, swimming and rugby.
Rugby in particular peeked his interest, and have played competitively from the age of 14.
This intrigue bought with it the desire to gain more knowledge on how to build and improve an athletic body and performance.
Jordan has studied REPS level 3 Personal Training which gave him the understanding of biomechanics and tools to design and structure programs tailored to an individuals goals.
In his years of personal training he has worked with people from all walks of life, from those wanting to simply wanting to have more freedom and a better quality of life to some wanting to peek in time for competition.
In the last year Jordan has been gaining experience with a one to one coach specialising in CrossFit.
''What attracted me to the sport was the diversity of modules that make up the sport and the huge variance in skill set acquired.
It is also the scalability and applicability of the sport that attracted me, anyone from any level or background can use CrossFit to improve their physical attributes and progress quickly.''
Owner and Head Coach
Since working in a gym since 2010 I have worked my way way through various positions in the fitness industry until I came up with The Fit Project.
I had a vision of making a team who could produce the whole package under one roof to get the ultimate fitness experience.
I have slowly put together a team of professionals who can now cater for all of this and will continue to grow our team.
I also do most of the work through our smartphone app which means you will have constant support whilst being with us.
